Kat manages the Transforming Lives Programmes at responsible investment firm Alquity, where she manages all the organisation’s Transforming Lives programmes – liaising with charity partners, and improving transparency for investors about the impact they are having through the projects Alquity donates to.
She also supports the team by running the logistics and local coordination of Alquity’s Insight Trips to the countries they invest in. In addition to this role, she offers administrative support to the CEO and the Board.
Before joining Alquity, Kat studied Conservation Management, and after that spent a year working on a remote marine research camp in Tanzania. She is a keen scuba diver, and an 'expert canine cuddler'.
